No Cash Refunds

To protect our operational cash flow and ensure stock integrity, we do not offer cash or bank refunds for any purchases made.

Exchanges or store credit only. Sale items are final.

How to Exchange

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original GLYNX tags must be attached
  • Size exchange (subject to availability)
  • Style exchange (within same price range)

GLYNX reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our standards. Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or seasonal promotions are strictly non-exchangeable.
